The Thayer Scale MSF Volumetric Feeder is our economical traditional design for low-volume feeding. The Thayer Scale Model MSF Feeder completely disassembles without tools in less than one minute for fast, easy and thorough clean out, eliminating contamination challenges associated with frequent material changes.
The unique combination of vertical-wall supply hopper and preconditioning trough/chamber containing a special horizontal agitator (optional), delivers superior performance and reliability. The agitator de-aerates the material to a uniform density and breaks down bridges and rat holes. A wide section of agitator allows a great cross-section of materials to be fed very accurately.
The Model MSF Volumetric Feeder is built-to-survive with heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel as a standard offering.
