The LWF-SC-V Loss of Weight Feeder is designed to assure uniform, non-pulsating accurate feeding of a wide range of materials, from free flowing to friable to cohesive.

Can be used with vibratory feeders up to 36” wide, (consult factory for wider pans).

Excellent choice for feeding free flowing materials such as abrasive pellets or granules.
"ATWL" AutomaticTest Weight Lifter simplifies the application of test weights for calibration checking. The FMSS system can be configured to accept automated means for applying and storing calibration weights initiated from a remote location. This is a preferred system where quality control procedures dictate "Calibration Status" printed on production reports.

Specialized scale design assures reliable, accurate metering

The heart of any gravimetric feeder is its scale system. The LWF-SC-V incorporates a cable suspension scale with a high accuracy, high resolution electronic displacement force sensor.

Rugged: The exclusive Thayer Scale suspension system is self-aligning to gravity and will withstand loads up to 1,000 lbs without the need to recalibrate. Competing designs experience significant calibration shifts at 150% of rated capacity and complete failure at 300% of rated capacity.

Accurate: Our scale measures material weight only. The weight of the feeder mechanism is mass-counterbalanced. High output weight measurement sensor is coupled to our flexure scale system. High accuracy, very high resolution weight sensing system assures a high signal to noise ratio.
