The LWF-LC-V is a versatile, low maintenance, general purpose Loss-In-Weight Vibratory Feeder. It is designed to provide years of trouble free, accurate feeding of a wide range of dry particulate solids.

The exclusive Thayer Scale cable suspension design provides high sensitivity and is self-aligning to gravity. Weight loss is measured by an accurate, very sensitive, high output electronic force measurement sensor. Feeder "dead" weight (weigh hopper, motor, speed reducer, etc.) is mass-counterbalanced so that material weight only is measured. This feature helps assure excellent control even in "noisy" environments.

Thayer Scale's "scale disturbance control" (SDC) system further enhances feeder performance by minimizing effects caused by occasional mechanical shocks or vibrations that would otherwise affect feed control.
