Perform assembly and final test and calibration of all products manufactured by the Company, troubleshoot and repair as necessary, to make system operate per specifications. Problems encountered during test to be resolved by Supervisor or Project Engineer. Make recommendations to correct shop or engineering errors.

GENERAL SUMMARY
Works from Production Releases, Work Orders, drawings, specifications, material lists, written and / or verbal instructions. Interconnect sub-assemblies, electrical components and pneumatic components, as required. Visually inspect items for broken, loose, or missing parts, and general appearance. Check dimensions for conformity with drawings and specifications. Check mechanical function for operation and good workmanship, adjust, if necessary. Cycle equipment to verify adequacy and performance of all components, circuits, and complete calibration procedures. Complete all necessary reports such as; quality assurance and data sheets.
SUPERVISION
General supervision is provided by Manufacturing Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Works with digital voltmeters, signal generator, and other instruments used to troubleshoot, simulate or verify.
Move material as necessary in the performance of duties or as directed. Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective material, and unusual conditions to proper supervisor. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Follow prescribed safety rules and regulations. Perform other related duties as required or directed.
OTHER REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- When required provide technical assistance to other company support staff in completion of their duties and responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Vocational/Trade School Diploma; or Certificate Program; or Two – Three Years of related experience in industrial controls, maintenance and repair or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the following:
- Sitting, standing or crouching for extended periods of time.
- Occasionally work on elevated platforms.
- Occasionally lift objects up to 75 pounds.
- Occasionally work in a variety of industrial environments (hazards and filth extremes).
