Quick Release Vibratory Feeder Tray

To avoid cross contamination of materials, Thayer Scale has designed its screw feeders for fast screw removal and cleanout. So it follows that the same quick clean out feature should be available on their vibratory tray feeders.

Four spring loaded quick release clamps hold the pan secure to a secondary frame attached to the electromagnetic vibratory motor. To release the tray the clamps are simply lifted (no tools required) and disconnected from the frame. The tray can be removed and easily cleaned.
