These high accuracy loss of weight feeders provide direct
control by weight of liquid ingredients for more reliable,
consistent blends. THAYER LWF Liquid Feeders are
available for use with all of our scale designs and capabilities
(cable suspension or flexure plate). Typically a positive
displacement pump such as a precision gear pump, is used
for metering liquids to process. Heated tanks and agitators
are availabe as options.
MFLI Mass Flow Liquid Injection System
This liquid feed system is a simple and accurate adjunct to multiingredient
proportioning systems. It permits the introduction
of a liquid component into a dry material blend under the same
controller system. All feeders can be tied in under master-recipe
control through the THAYER Distributed Control system, for accurate,
total flow control.
