Neutralizes tendency of material to compact under its own weight
Material compaction not only contributes to bridge formation, but it also inhibits vibratory tray action, resulting in poor or no flow. Inside the Spiralator Feeder hopper, material is lifted and conditioned by the spiral agitator, to prevent densification and relieve the vibratory tray of the full weight of the material, so that the tray can deliver a uniform stream of product.

Uniform, non-pulsating flow
THAYER® Loss of Weight Vibratory Feeders provide an exceptionaly uniform flow of material at very low flow rates. Exceptional turndown range of 50:1 provides greater flexibility than screw feeders, without the problem of pulsating flow from a slow turning screw.
